When Life Feels Overwhelming, You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone

Many times, we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns we can’t seem to break, or disconnected from ourselves and our relationships.

You might be navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges, and be unsure where to start. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we gently explore these patterns while building practical tools for change.

Our approach is grounded in nervous system awareness and relational work. Integrating mindfulness, grounding, and evidence-based practices, including Restoration Therapy, Gottman-informed care, attachment-focused work, and cognitive behavioral strategies.

The goal is to help you feel more regulated, more connected, and more aligned with who you want to be.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I’m here to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right.
