Counseling Intensives

Extended Sessions for Deeper, Focused Work

Sometimes meaningful progress requires more time and space than a traditional therapy session allows. Counseling Intensives offer extended, focused sessions designed to help you explore patterns, process significant experiences, and move toward meaningful change in a shorter period of time.

Rather than spreading the work across weeks or months, intensives allow us to spend several hours working together with intention and depth.

This format can be especially helpful for individuals or couples who want to move through important topics without feeling rushed.

Who Counseling Intensives Are For

Intensives may be a good fit if you:

• Have a busy schedule that makes weekly therapy difficult
• Prefer fewer sessions that allow deeper work in one sitting
• Are navigating a specific issue or decision and want focused support
• Feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns
• Want to work through a particular relationship dynamic or conflict
• Are looking for concentrated time to reflect, process, and gain clarity
• Are traveling from outside the Amarillo area for counseling
• Want to supplement ongoing therapy with deeper focused work

Intensives can be beneficial for both individual counseling and couples work.
